Dyanix joins the CloudBlue ecosystem and expands its digital distribution strategy
- Expanding the reseller channel
- Providing a broad range of bundled offers through centralised partner management
Meerbusch, Germany – April 3, 2023 – Dyanix is diversifying and expanding its distribution capacity with the launch of its marketplace on CloudBlue, a leading provider of cloud ecosystem technology platforms and an independent subsidiary of Ingram Micro. Dyanix, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, is joining the CloudBlue platform to strengthen its end-to-end XaaS supply chain and is creating a centralised interface for managing partners and customers to automate the entire order-to-cash process for XaaS products.
As a fast-growing digital transformation solution provider, timely onboarding of new vendors and scaling new and existing customer business via indirect sales are particularly important to Dyanix. CloudBlue's platform enables Dyanix to significantly reduce development time for vendor integrations whilst creating unique shopping experiences for its customers. Partners can be centrally managed.
In addition, low-volume, low-transaction business processes can be easily scaled by introducing end-to-end self-service for resellers, and indirect sales can be hyper-scaled through syndication into the CloudBlue ecosystem. In addition, simplifying vendor and reseller management can reduce FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents), whilst streamlined billing and payment processes improve cash flow and liquidity.
In the first phase, Dyanix will launch its marketplace in Germany and Spain, with solutions including its digital adoption platform, Apty, digital workplace solution, Workspace 365, meeting playbook solution, Linkando, and capture software solutions, Kofax Express, and Kodak Capture Pro. Further Marketplaces will follow alongside more solutions.
"By working with CloudBlue, we can offer our customers a diversified solutions portfolio," says Peter de Boer, CEO at Dyanix. "The platform offers a much faster and more flexible IT infrastructure thanks to digitalised, automated and scalable processes. And on top of that, it will improve the customer experience tremendously."
"We are very pleased to support Dyanix in the digitalisation of B2B sales," said Tom Schröder, Head of DACH at CloudBlue. "By leveraging the CloudBlue platform, Dyanix is strengthening its end-to-end XaaS supply chain. Our commitment is to support and advise distributors on their journey towards becoming cloud sellers or XaaS providers. This will enable them to counteract the increasing margin pressure in the ICT sector and position themselves optimally for the future of digital distribution."
